Mobile application of sales management

Mobile application of sales management, is designed to work on smart phones and tablets with Android operating system version 2.2 or higher.

VOX is a custom application designed by Mivsell Techncology Company for the sales force of Dipac in Ecuador

By using this application the selling agent can make several specific queries and make real-time quotes, download them in PDF format and immediately send them to the customer's mail.

It is a simple and very intuitive application, where the user can consult:

 • Prices and stocks

 • Customer data

 • Customer Checking Account

 • Orders to plant

You can also view customized reports on the management of sales results of the selling agent, for example you can generate reports of:

 • Sale compliance

 • Seller goals

 • Fulfillment of sales bonds.

Additionally, the selling agent can make Quotes to customers, download the quote generated and have the possibility to send the quote to the customer's mail immediately. Each quote generated is georeferenced, in this way the place where the quote was made is recorded.
