Volume Lock Control

-'Apply on Change' on every volume to avoid forcing volumes changed on all state changes.
(So now you can select the volume you want to change when the state changes.)
-'Exit App' button on Settings tab. to shut down volume control service temporarily.
-New option for Toast Message. (default : not show)
