In voice writer app One called HOME TAB in which you just need to speak text and it will automatically appear on the screen in the language that you have spoken.

(2)

The other tab in voice writer called TRANSLATE TAB in which select input language in which you want to speak and also select output language in which your text will be echoed at display.
