Enhancements :
1. New screen for recording Consumables & Equipment.
2. Supervisor can add & remove a worker from their team regardless of relationships in Vinea office.
3. Validation on Time & Attendance Screen to prevent end time before start time.
4. New report to list piecework without any special service.
5. Display Service code + Description under services on Job detail screen. Previously was just service code.
6. Able to choose special service even if no service rate exists.
