Vigyaa is a teacher planning and presentation tool to organise content that teacher's wish to use in the classrooms. Content in the digital space can be stored in multiple places and can be in various file formats. Vigyaa allows you to link the original content sources (link to locations where content may be stored) and create a playlist in relation to the context the teacher wishes to use them in. When conducting a class, the teacher can simply activate the required playlist and our system will pull the content and play it in the sequence prescribed by the teacher while creating the play list. It is the best tool for teachers to Plan manage content of different formats all in one place without having to repeatedly switch between sources. This allows the teachers / educators to save time and not memorise where what content was stored.

Content can be in any type of cloud service, or it can be in the device memory of your tablet, mobile or personal computer. Most systems will make a duplicate copy of these files in the system folders while Vigyaa only stores the breadcrumbs to the location and will seek access to the location only when you require to access that content. That helps optimise your system memory and avoids creating multiple duplicates of the same file in different locations. The teachers always have the option to save the content in the device (if she chooses to do so) to have access to the content in offline mode as well.

Also content can be in the form of a web site, an application, a pdf document, video or as a word, excel or powerpoint format. For any other system user has to copy or recreate the content in the slide structure to be able to use the content in a flow. With our teacher planning tool, since we either evoke the original creation or consumption APK / application or the embedded readers meant for the respective file format, play out the content happens in its original form and all elements of the file are always retained.
