When receiving the information is critical, users will receive an audible alert on their phone, even when set to “silent” or “do not disturb.”

App users can also use Vietnam Alerts to immediately connect to local emergency assistance personnel in Vietnam through the app’s SOS button over WiFi even when cellular services are not available.
