A consumer app to trace the origins and safety of meat products

The Vermey's Quality Meat App is a consumer verification app that provenance functionality using QR code and meat safety verification based on Near Field Communication (NFC) tap functionality. It also has a description of the various meat products that are sold by Vermey's so that consumers can learn more about the sourcing of meat products.

Instruction:

Provenance: To scan a QR code on the meat label, simply tap the QR code icon on the app and place your camera on the QR code section of the meat label.

Meat safety: To check the temperature history of your meat, simply tap the chill verify icon and place the tip of your phone on the NFC section/Chill verify icon of the meat label.
