I want to introduce you to Verifit, an app that I created with a clear purpose: to be a real and close support on your path to better physical and mental well-being. Unlike other options, Verifit focuses on you, your story, your needs, and how you feel, both inside and out.

The first thing for me is to understand who you are. Through video calls at the beginning, I want to know your desires, what motivates you and what you consider an obstacle. This initial chat allows me to create something that really suits you. I believe in the power of empathy and being there for you, not only at the beginning, but at every step of this work together.

It doesn't matter if you're already on a path in fitness or are taking your first steps, my training and nutrition plans are tailor-made to suit you. I want you to find challenges, satisfaction and, above all, real results. And with constant reviews, we make sure you're always moving towards your goals.

With deep training in psychology, I am here to offer you support that goes beyond the physical. I understand that each person is different, and that is why my psychology sessions are adapted to you, seeking to be effective and transformative in the shortest possible time. My goal is to make psychological help accessible so that everyone can have the opportunity to improve.
