With the VCA Check App we digitize the current VCA process. Make company / work-oriented safety lists yourself.

The app was developed for two main reasons:

As an entrepreneur, HR, safety or risk manager, you are ultimately responsible for safety in the workplace. For this reason, safety checklists (such as LMRA, TRA and VGWM) must be completed (daily) for each project by work implementers. This is a lot of paperwork, with a high probability of being unclear. The VCA Check App helps you prevent this.

The employer or manager has the option, via computer or laptop, of adding workers and creating projects with the associated safety checklists. Work implementers log in to the app at the workplace, choose a project and fill in the questions of the relevant checklist (s). After completion of a random checklist, the employer or manager will automatically receive the relevant completed checklist in the mail.

GREAT ADVANTAGE: DIGITAL LMRA!

All safety checklists (LMRA, TRA and VGWM) can be used separately in the VCA Check App. Work implementers are now carrying a plastic 'LMRA ticket' in their pocket. In this way, the employer or manager can never check whether a work provider has gone through the questions. By filling in a digital LMRA, an employer or manager always receives the completed LMRA in the mail. In this way you can always guarantee the safety prior work.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITIES

In addition to completing safety checklists digitally, the VCA Check App offers more functionalities. Unfortunately, an accident can never be ruled out 100%. Should an incident or near incident occur, this can be reported via the app, by uploading photos, a description and the location. The employer or manager will automatically receive this in the email.

The Symbol Finder makes it possible to quickly find out the meaning of symbols. In an emergency, the user of the app follows a step-by-step plan so that he or she knows how to act correctly. The app also provides a detailed description of the safety rules that apply to activities such as working at height, confined spaces and chemicals.
