Unmeditator is an application very simple. It allow you easly take a meditation session.

You can set a short or long meditation. Also, you can set custom timers for your meditation session.

About technique

Trascendental Meditation consist of two daily meditations of approximately fifteen or twenty minutes. During this period the mantric meditation technique is carried out. After fifteen or twenty minutes of meditation, the mind needs about one and a half or two minutes to stop meditating. Thus the meditation cycle has two parts: the meditation and the time to stop it (I call it unmeditation).

What is the purposes of this application?

This application enables the meditators easily and quickly has a meditation session. To do so this application is able to adapt to the needs of the following:

Short meditation: If enable the meditation will be 15 minutes, else will be 20 minutes

Short unmeditation: If enable the unmeditation will be a minute and a half, else will be two minutes

Outdoor meditation: If enable the meditation alarm will be with highest volume and vibrations.

How it work?

Once the application is adapted you can start with the meditation. The application put your device on silent mode so that you will not interrupted while you take a meditation. Once finished with the meditation an alarm will sound very smoothly, this indicates that it is the time to stop to think. Now, it is time to unmeditate. After that the meditation session has been concluded!
