Update:
✓ The zone data for Mainz is now officially provided by the city.
✓ Add two more e-mail addresses to contact Regensburg.

New:
✓ The app is now optimized for Android 23 (Marshmallow) which requires users to grant permission before the "my location" feature can be used. The app shows a notice to do so if it is installed for the first time.
✓ Google Analytics can now be configured in the settings.
