Added support for image download - toolbar button to download the image.
Added support for image gallery - toolbar button to view image gallery.
Added support for videos - select profiles have a toolbar button to view a video about the character.
Added field for important stories - profiles now list story arcs/comics important to the character.
Added field for first appearance - profiles now show when character was first introduced.
Added some error handling.
