Full rewrite of the app. Now UStream and Flosoft streams are supported, BitGravity got removed.

It makes use of Material Design, which forced me to increase the minimum API level from Android 2.2 (Froyo) to Android 4.0 (ICS).

A JSON file which now defines the streams and players will be upgradeable via the internet in a future release.

The "TWiT Live Chooser" got removed (still usable by old shortcuts).

New permission: "android.permission.INTERNET" because of the use of Google Analytics.
