The menu includes heroes of Italian classics. Pizza is prepared with many toppings: pear and Gorgonzola, mortadella and buratta, porcini mushrooms and seafood. You don’t have to choose just one thing—tastes can be combined on one pizza. This trick will not work with pasta, although there are also many variations of it here: ravioli with duck, linguine with vongole clams, tomato penne and others.
