Prophet Isa is a noble prophet. Every Prophet and Messenger who was sent, including Prophet Isa and our Prophet Muhammad Saw, had one mission, namely to teach monotheism, to unite Allah alone.

In a hadith from Abu Hurairah Ra, he said that Rasulullah SAW said:

“I am the closest and most loving person to Isa bin Maryam in this world and in the hereafter. The prophets are brothers and sisters even though their mothers are different, and their religion is one.” (Narrated by Bukhari, No. 3443; Muslim, No. 2365).

In Muslim history it is stated:

"I am the closest and most loving person to Isa bin Maryam in this world and in the hereafter." The companions asked, "How can it be like that, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, “The prophets are brothers and sisters even though their mothers are different, and their religion is one. And none of us (between Prophet Muhammad and Prophet Isa) is a prophet.”

Ibn Hajar said, "The meaning of this hadith is the basis of their religion, the prophets are one or the same, namely monotheism, even though their shari'ah branches are different." (Fath Al-Bari, 6:489).
