Rooms fully equipped with Technogym cardio and isotonic machines and with the assistance of qualified trainers who prepare personalized training schedules based on the objectives.

Equipped rooms reserved for personal training (even without club membership). where it will be possible to use, in addition to the classic equipment and machinery, also the following equipment:

• I-Motion (wireless electrostimulation) to amplify the effects of your training with a 20-minute session which corresponds to 4 hours of sport.

• Power plate is a vibrating platform that produces active muscle contractions equal to those induced by intense physical activity. It guarantees a powerful firming, toning, lymphatic drainage, slimming effect and also an evident reduction of cellulite.

• Reformer-pilates is a machine designed to simultaneously stimulate muscle flexibility, joint mobility, tone and strength with consequent better general functionality due to body readjustment and posture improvement

• Room reserved for fitness courses (Pilates, yoga, total body workout, gag, mobility, postural, kettlebell, tabata, gag, cardio tone, metabolic/fat burner, etc.) which provide for a maximum of 8/10 participants based on type of course

Spa area with large hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional and reaction showers for a relaxing break with access also allowed to personal trainers' clients after lessons

Trefor Beauty - Beauty centre, accessible to all, equipped with machinery and equipment for beauty treatments, toning and slimming and a thermal path, to experience a relaxing break at any time of the day. (All club members benefit from a convenient agreement with Trefor Beauty)

Trefor Cafè - Restaurant, pizzeria, bar and location for events built in an ancient deconsecrated church from the 16th century, in the ancient Borgo Triulzo of San Donato Milanese. The location is unique, suggestive and elegant, inside you can still breathe the history of its past thanks to the frescoed walls and very high ceilings that have remained as they were then. Adjacent to the church, a delightful veranda, surrounded by gardens, used for aperitifs, parties and banquets as well as outdoor lunches and dinners.
