I believe in long term fitness and health and longevity. I believe that being fit is not just about the way you look but more about how you feel physically and mentally on a daily basis. I believe in aging gracefully to enjoy life to the fullest. I believe in self-esteem and confidence, I believe in training safely for long term physical and mental well-being. I believe in training smart and listening to your body. We can’t stop time or getting older, but we can make the most of our bodies in a safe and healthy way.

I don’t believe in over working the body and make or break training, I believe in achieving your fitness goals by following a healthy safe program that consists out of a combination of quality training and quality nutrition.

After playing golf full time for 3 years and becoming irrecoverably injured through overtraining and overuse, I went into the Fitness industry as a Trainer.

I am a qualified fitness and healthy lifestyle professional with experience in Sports Specific training and Post injury rehabilitation Strength Training, weight loss, toning, high intensity interval training (HIIT).

(Meaning that once someone has completed their rehab program with a physical therapist or a Bio-kineticist then I can help them get back to full strength.)
