In Bangladesh mostly In dhaka city there is huge number of cases filed against car/drivers everyday. Problem is people are not aware of the amount of fine for violations and they sometime get into a situation they don't have enough money to withdraw the case from Trafic office as don't have prior knowledge of the fine amount.
