Touch Utland

Touch Utland is an application that ensures Call Recording when user is abroad.

Touch Utland is a Call Recorder application that ensures call recording, also when the user is abroad. Normally, outgoing calls abroad are not routed through the home network and is therefore not recorded.

Touch Utland forces routing of the outgoing call via the home network, and ensures recording of all calls. All incoming calls abroad are recorded, also without the use of Touch Utland.

Touch Utland requires Telenor Mobilt Bedriftnett or Network Norway Mobil Bedrift, Touch LIM (“Lydopptak I Mobilnettet”) and an internet connection (mobile data or WiFi).

The call is setup via an internet connection. Thereafter the user will receive an incoming call from the network. When answering the incoming call, a call is setup to the remote number and recorded.
