The TRANSCULTURAL MEDICAL CARE application is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under a co-financing agreement concluded between the Minister of Science and Higher Education and the Minister of Development and Finance on November 16, 2016. Priority IV, Action 4.4, under the "Innovation Incubator 2.0" Programme, a non-competition project of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education "Support for scientific research management and commercialization of results of R&D works in scientific units and enterprises" no. POIR.04.04.00-00-0004/15.
