Todo Basic

This version of the app contains previous bug fixes and functional improvements. User need to accept the RECORD_AUDIO permission.

* Improvements *
1. Now there is voice support to dictate the todo title.
2. A todo has an optional alarm duration fired before end time.
3. A todo in history can be redone.
4. While creating a todo there is auto suggestion for its title from todos in history.
