This is digitization of the visitor entry and exit from the office & factory premises.

This eliminates the need to keep manual entry registers at the entrance.

This app records all data of visitors and stores in it. Next time same visitor shows up, it finds it automatically based on the name.

Once visitor entry is done, app automatically sends sms alert to the host and so host will be ready to meet with visitor or can escort him from the entrance.

Daily visitors can be configured in the system and with one tap, their entry & exit can be managed.

System administrator can extract all reports related to visitors and send it to email in excel format.

At any time, administrator can find how many visitors are in the building and it can be very helpful during emergency situations.
