Added new way for me to maintain the profiles for institutions, allowing way more frequent updates and fixes for timetables.

This does mean you'll have to choose institution and add subscriptions from scratch when updating to this version.

Notable changes:
Added three new schools:
* NLA University College
* University College Sjælland
* University of Stavanger

Fixed timetables for:
* Høgskolen i Molde (added student option)
