Timeout helps you take breaks from your device for an amount of time you choose.

Timeout helps you take breaks from your mobile device by allowing you to lock yourself out for an amount of time you choose. Whether you want to increase focus, reduce distraction, eliminate the "fear of missing out", or just take a nap undisturbed, Timeout gives you the power to decide your own healthy usage habits.

Simply set the desired length of time and follow the on-screen instructions to start a Timeout. During a Timeout, your device cannot be unlocked (unless it is restarted). You can still receive and answer phone calls. No other applications or settings are affected.

Please note: You will be asked to activate device administration. This is required for Timeout to control your lock screen. You can change this permission at any time from the Settings menu.
