TiC TiC -- Smart Chandigarh Bus Transit Companion by CTU

🚌 Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) believes in intervention of digital technologies to simplify the way commuters travel within the city. TiC TiC will enable its users to access Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) of buses on any selected route, to set alerts for buses reaching their desired stops, to provide hustle free navigation to nearby bus stops and to show bus routes plying nearby their location etc.

🚏Nearby Shelters/Stops

- It is one of the best features of the app as it helps the user to see bus routes and buses plying from their nearby bus stops (based on the distance from current location of the commuters).

We are providing this feature along with a map showing the bus stops with distances.

🎯Live

- Commuters can select any route and it will give them ETA*s of buses.

↷Routes

- Users can search/select any route number to see its daily schedules.

💼Trip Planner

- It is a smart planning tool to plan your trip by entering source and destination. It shows all routes passing through the selected source and destination along with their scheduled time tables which are sorted by the time of your trip.

⏰Alerts

- Commuters are given an option to get alert for the buses reaching their desired stop in 5 min.

⛅Chandigarh Weather

- It shows current weather in Chandigarh

👨Bus Passes

- Information is related to various types of CTU bus passes.

🎟️Bus Fares

- Fare structure for both AC and Non-AC buses in terms of distance travelled is available.

📝Feedback

- Users can give their feedback on arrivals of buses to their stops, crew performance or can share their ideas/suggestions etc.
