Bug fixes:
* fixed several problems that caused the app to get stuck during initialization on android
* added error reporting if initial startup fails
* fixed a problem with saving the configuration settings on android 4
* fixed a problem with not showing dictionaries in the configured sequence when returning to the settings screen
* added better handling if there is not enough memory to extract the database
* the app can now be moved to an external SD card if your device offers this option
