- Access to all details of your apartment

- Manage visitors coming to your apartment, including getting details of vehicles, saving them the hassle of entry at security gate

- Manage maintenance dues, including viewing all your payment receipts made against your bills

- See list of vendors which are around your apartment

- Lodge grievances/complaints related to your apartment or complex surroundings and track its progress to closure

- Raise queries or ask suggestions through the app’s Help Desk
