IMPORTANT: It has been reported that on some devices, mainly with Android 4.0.3, the scheduled rings are not played if the stereo jack is plugged in. Please test this after purchasing since you only have 15 minutes for automatic refund according to Google policies.

Q: The device does not play the selected sound.

A1: Check whether the file is uploaded to the location given on the settings screen.

A2: Version 3.4 (version code 15) has changed the way the application handles the resources. Update if you haven't done yet.

A3: Check that the volume level is turned up.

Q: The ring times are not accurate.

A: Enable "Always On" in the application settings. This will prevent the device from going to sleep and provide accurate timing on devices with buggy hardware.

Q: License check failed - Scheduled rings muted.

A: Turn on WiFi. In order to verify the validity of the license in the play store the device needs to have internet access.

Q: Device does not play the scheduled sound if the amplifier/headphone is plugged in

A: This is most likely a system bug. Please contact us for refund!
