1. Added a new multi-player base.
2. Added new chat function, including world channel, camp channel and nearby channel. Players can talk with players in whole server in world channel.
3. Added the quality function of items and objects, The quality of objects are divided into common, uncommon, rare, legendary levels. When manufacturing equipment, the equipment with green quality will be built by default, and the equipment with blue and purple quality will be produced in a lower probability.
