The Dog Penn: A fun dog park & bar where pets and owners relax and socialize!

Welcome to The Dog Penn, Pittsburgh’s first off leash dog bar! We are paw-sitively thrilled you’re here!

A dog park and a bar! The facility spans nearly 7,000 square feet, with both indoor and outdoor space. It’s a spot for people to relax, socialize, grab a drink or a snack with friends, all while their pups run and play in a safe environment.

A drop in, monthly or annual membership must be purchased for all dogs, but humans over 21 can enter free of charge. All dogs must be registered with our pet specific software and current vaccination records must be uploaded upon entry, ensuring all dogs present are healthy and safe. Dogs over one year old must be spayed/neutered. Please see The Dog Penn Rules for Humans and Dogs for more information.
