Our founder and head coach is an Adaptive Special Needs Master Trainer, giving Alt-fit a rather unique position of being able to cater to individuals with physical, mental & cognitive challenges helping them unlock their true potential to live a more independent & abundant life!

As such our online coaching platform "The Alt-fit Way" gives you access to the best of both worlds when you aren't able to make it into our facility to work with us face to face. We have options to suit all whether your preference is body weight training, have limited access to equipment or a complete gym setting. You will be guided through an effective program that utilizes comprehensive video demonstrations giving you a complete understanding of each movement and taking the guess work out.
