Teos

A 2D Platformer that takes place in an Ancient Greek City called Teos.

As the Greek God Dionysos, traverse the landmarks of Teos to reach the open seas and then claim your rightful place on Mount Olympus.

Gameplay Features:

- Morph into Dionysos' animal forms to solve puzzles and platforming challenges.

- Interact with objects to get to your objective.

- Gain information about the history, specifications and the importance of Teos

- Traverse 4 different levels that are inspired by the landmarks of Teos: Theatre, Temple, Cistern and Harbor.

A group of Instructors and students from the Izmir University of Economics worked together to design and develop this video game.

This application was a part of a scientific research project called Digital Teos. This scientific research project aims to preserve the archaeological findings of Teos in a virtual environment, raise awareness on the importance of ancient history and give people information about Teos.
