RAI teletext with commands and voice assistant also on Android TV

From version 2.2.0 there is also the home screen widget (size that can be changed and updated every 15 minutes) of the page set by Settings (version 2.2.2).

Televideo a Voce is the unofficial APP of RAI Televideo for Smartphone, Tablet and from version 2.0 compatible with dPAd for Android TV.

The application has the following features:

- Allows the complete exploration of all RAI (National and Regional) Teletext, through Gestures, Buttons (Material Design), Voice Commands, External Keyboard and DPad;

- Exploration of RAI Teletext in "Text Only" with selectable page numbers;

- Reading the page through the voice of the device;

- Saving of favorites and reading them from the Favorites List also by selecting more than one favorite to read (favorites can be ordered as desired by "long press" of the element);

- Voice commands;

- Setting the Continuous Dialogue: at the end of each action the voice command is activated, so as to allow greater continuity of actions even without touching the device (can be activated in Settings)

- Home page setting;

- Setting the page and region of the home screen widget;

- Setting the start of the Voice Commands when starting the app;

- Setting and testing the tone and speed of news reading;

- No advertising.

For Android TV the following features are currently not available:

- Initial page and region setup;

- Changing the name of the favorite.

In detail:

Transitions between pages on slow connection shows a nostalgic page load animation.

In the navigation bar it is possible to search by page / sub page using the "arrow" buttons, search by keyboard and by voice command.

The voice commands concern the navigation between Teletext pages and the start of the reading of the page. They can be activated by the "microphone" button in the search bar:

- go to a page of the Current Region if a number (3 digits) is said, for example: "two hundred one" or "page two hundred and two";

- go to a specific region if the region is indicated (eg: Lazio, Aosta, Friuli, Sicily, etc ...) and possibly to a specific page of that region if it is indicated (as in the previous rule);

- Read the current page by saying "read".

- Read a page of the current region by saying "read page two hundred".

- Read the selected favorites by saying "read favorites".

- Stop the voice command or Continuous Dialogue by saying "stop" or "cancel".

In the upper bar it is possible to activate the reading of the current page using the device's voice, save the current page as a favorite in the device, List of saved favorites and access the Menu, where the "Regional Teletext List", "Instructions "and" Settings ".

From the Favorites List it is possible to read your favorite pages without having to load the page either individually or in a group by selecting the favorite check and the "play" button in the upper bar of the "Favorites List".

The list of favorites can be sorted to allow reading in order of the selected favorites (reading of the customized news bulletin by the device). Favorites can be deleted either in the Favorites List or on the page by selecting the favorite button; the label of the Favorite can be changed.

In the "Settings" it is possible to set the Region and the Home page as well as to indicate whether or not to activate the voice command automatically when starting the app. It is also possible to set the tone and speed of reading news and carry out a test with the "play" button.
