Enhance UI Design by:
1- Add counter to cart button at Home screen.
2- Display the selected option (and comments) in the restaurant menu screen.
3- Change coupon description color to be green (instead of red).
4- Add discounts in order details.
5- Enhance the add new address screen design.
6- Display successfully dialog after update personal details.
7- Enhance cart screen design.
8- Add contact us and ask for call automatically
