Added a close panel button to the dark grey 'current job' drawer.
'Are you sure' confirmations are now 'off' by default.
The 'current job' panel no longer slides open automatically once driver taps 'start job'.
Fixed an issue which was intermittently stopping drivers from being able to send 'arrived' texts.
Drivers, if permitted to do so, can transfer/assign jobs to other drivers in their company.
Drivers can see available jobs and choose which to take for themselves (if set).
Minor bug fixes.
