-Approve requests forwarded by the secretary on the 1st floor. Earn bonus as well as cash and honor points

2. Enhanced employee hiring system
-Changed intern hire to Tier 1-3 (with increased cost), General hire Tier 2-3, Scout hire to Tier 4-5

3. Added Message Scrollon on top of game display
-Donate 1M or more to leave a message
