Complaint System for use of Officers residing in TNHB Officers’ Quarters

The Officers residing in TNHB Officers' Quarters in order to register maintenance related complaints and track the progress till the closure of the complaint.

The User can Login using the Apartment Number and the OTP sent to the your Mobile Number.

Forgotten Password can be retrieved through SMS to the registered Mobile Number

The Officers can submit a complaint by choosing the “Category” and the respective “Sub-Category” of complaint.

Officers can enter a description for the complaint to be made and submit the complaint Form. The complaint gets saved and forwarded instantly to the concerned TNHB Officials to take necessary action.

The Dashboard lists the complaints made by the User. The current status gets frequently updated. The status moves from “Pending” to “Action taken”, and from “Action taken” to “Closure” of the complaint.

User can also view support details of TNHB from the side menu.
