Following issues are fixed

1. Delays in updating patient calendar after synchronization and disappearing of patients adherence reports
2. SMS alerts not going to HCWs when the patient misses a dose
3. Clinicians/Nurses not able to view the facility data

Following changes / improvements are done

1. Changing /editing patients contact during treatment
2. Adding remarks/comment during registration by HCWs
3. SMS reminders to patients scheduled daily at 9PM instead of 8PM
