SYSMOS is a seismic early warning (EEW) system that reports earthquake occurrences several seconds in advance, providing valuable preparation time and avoiding disaster.

The app is linked to an extensive network of sensors that detects, analyzes, and distributes earthquake alerts throughout the country. Using a novel algorithm, SYSMOS establishes the seismic events closest to your area and will notify the shaking up to 60 seconds in advance.
