Added Offline Mode , to enable got to settings and set it
Offline Mode lets you store , all the recent data in your account and work offline. All changes made in offline mode will be synced when the user is online.

Interventions are now editable.
On the interventions Sections, it is now able to edit them and add Documents as well take a picture to enrich the information of the intervention
