Imam Nawawi's Forty Hadith or Al-Arba'in An-Nawawiyah is a book which contains forty-two choice hadith compiled by Imam Nawawi. Arba'in is forty but actually there were forty-two hadith contained in this book. This book along with the book Riyadhus Righteous Imam Nawawi regarded as a masterpiece of the most famous and accepted Muslims worldwide. This book is a favorite among students to start memorizing the hadiths of the Prophet before turning to books bigger.
