What is SwolTime?

This simple, but powerful timer is designed to keep you locked-in and focused throughout your gym session. Once you use SwolTime, you will see a huge difference in how efficient your workouts become. Push yourself and GET THROUGH IT! You make the plan, we'll keep the time.

It's Compatible.

SwolTime works seamlessly in the background with all of the apps you know and love such as YouTube and Spotify. It even sends you push notifications in between sets.

It's Flexible.

SwolTime was created with strength training, HIIT, and cardio in mind, but so many people love to use it for stretching, studying (pomodoro method), or interval runs. Customize the plus and minus buttons or second increments to fit your needs. Use it for anything!

Key Features:

- Press play and let the fun begin. SwolTime lets you adjust the sets, workout time, and rest time, on the fly during a workout.

- Add or subtract time, skip or rewind sets while the timer is running.

- Save workouts securely on the cloud so you can access them from any of your devices. These workouts are tied to your login and cannot be accessed by anyone else.

- Create workout notes for each workout to track your progress.

- The Profile page keeps the history of how many workouts and sets you've completed. You'll also see how how many minutes or hours you've worked out with SwolTime.

- The Settings page gives you the exact options you need to customize your workout. No fluff. We allow you to choose between different time increments, add halfway sounds to your workout and rest intervals, and even add a rest interval after your last set.

- SwolTime runs in the background so you can lock your phone and focus on the task at hand.

- Audio fits seamlessly with apps like Spotify and YouTube.

SwolTime is most often used for HIIT, crossfit, tabata, boxing, or any activity that involves a circuit. Sweat it out, stay strong, stay focused, and let SwolTime act as your stopwatch. SwolTime will support any full body (squat, deadlift, power clean) or muscle group specific (bench, lunges, calf raises, back, abs) workouts by keeping you on track.
