At Sweaty Gamer we specialise in online fitness programs for gamers, tailored to your level, which can be completed at home or in-gym, with or without equipment.

Our programs focus on developing your physique, posture, mental agility, and concentration. This will improve your general wellbeing and gaming performance, allowing you to game harder, for longer, with less worrying about the negative health effects of long gaming sessions.

Each workout is provided in short video format with each exercise technique explained and demonstrated. The programs are designed to progressively overload the challenges to ensure you continue to excel whilst your fitness improves, meaning you can break through the tricky plateau’s often encountered when training.

Users can view their upcoming workouts and track their performance and progress with a user-friendly interface. Additional integrations to other health and fitness applications and smart watches are available.

Custom nutritional plans and advice are integrated into to the Trainerize app and allows users to choose their nutritional and dietary preferences.
