* Bug fixes and optimizations, including improvement to AVR detection.

* First attempt at including experimental support for STR-DN1070, STR-DN1060 and STR-DN860 (if you own one of these receivers, email feedback to [email protected] would be very much appreciated please).

* Improve Chromecast connectivity. Fix bug with starting the streams.

* Update radio stream URL in database.
