1. Bug fixes.

2. Added very basic support for Internet radio streaming to the in-built Chromecast Audio device. Supported formats are Shoutcast/Icecast, MP3, AAC, Ogg Vorbis, Opus, FLAC, and possibly more.
* Connect button: connect or disconnect from Chromecast
* Play button: plays the current stream.
* Tapping items in the list will play them.
* Plus button: (Pro version only) stores the current stream.
* Swipe left: deletes the item from the list.
* Some sample streams have been provided.
