How you play Strike Inner Force?

1. Before you play Strike Inner Force, I want you to think of your thoughts or feelings that are negative and have been playing around in your mind. It may be fear, doubt, worry, distractions, not enough time, anger, etc.

2. When you start the game, I want you to play mindfully, shooting at every random negative thoughts that will appear in the screen. Feel that you are defeating these negative thoughts. Never let them over rule you.

3. The outcome that you want to achieve in this game is feeling that you have overcome all your negative thoughts and you are in control of them.

4. Whenever you feel you have these negative thoughts again, play the game to strike your inner force and simulate your mind that you can overcome these negative thoughts.

How to Play Strike Inner Force?

1. Click Start button on the screen

2. Follow the instruction to touch the screen when you see “Touch To Start”

3. Tap the screen again and you will see random negative thought appearing on the screen

4. Strike any negative thought that appears on the screen

5. You will score for defeating negative thoughts

6. You will lose a life score for any undefeated negative thought
