The application also provides an opportunity to contact a stress coach if you have questions about your stress.

Finally, you can get answers to "What is stress?", "What can I do?" And "Where do I get help?".

The application was developed by Bjarne Toftegård, head of the company Prevent Stress, lecturer, author, stress coach and teacher at the Stress Coach Training. The company has a nationwide network of more than 65 stress coaches. Bjarne has worked against stress for over 12 years, the last 8 years full time.
