Our history:

StreetTiAmo was born from my passion for cooking ever since, still a child, I woke up at dawn and joined my uncle to prepare desserts with him in his bar in Pozzuoli, a town north of Naples.

The scent of that flour, which still had the color of genuine wheat and was combined with honey and spring water, giving life to mother yeast, I still carry in my heart today.

Other moments of my adolescence are linked to this memory when in the summer, in the Salento hinterland, I picked tomatoes in the fields to pay for my holidays. I took a few tomatoes to my paternal grandmother's house and I made an amazing sauce with which I stuffed the pizzas of grown dough that I fried for friends.

Years later, in Rome, I found myself working in the restaurant world. For a long time I have toyed with the idea of ​​opening a small cooking laboratory right here, where I live with my family, where the goodness of the food is determined above all by the quality of the products and today, 16 July 2015, I am finally starting this new adventure.

My dream has always been to make a quality, healthy and good metropolitan cuisine by proposing what was once called "street food", today, in the era of globalization, "street food".

Street food is home cooking, cooking with local products, with the flavors and colors that characterize it.
