How to use Stop RLS?

Stop RLS is extremely simple to use, just open the Stop RLS application and press the start button.

Stop RLS will start monitoring your leg movements while sitting and will notify you when your leg begins to shake.

How will I be notified?

Stop RLS has two notification types: vibration and sound.

These notifications can be managed in the application settings.
