Added badges for code type distinction. A lot of people rated this app poorly, as they did not know which code is valid for new accounts only. This time badges will suggest which codes are valid for which group of users. Added badges are:
* New players - codes valid for new players only
* For everyone - codes valid for every player without any limitation
* Limited use - codes that has limited use chances - if it reaches certain redemption count it turns invalid.
